From September 19 to 21, 2025, the Mainland finale of David Tao's "Soul Power II" World Tour concluded with great success at the Beijing National Stadium (Bird’s Nest). Facing the acoustic complexities of the ultra-large venue, Reyn Audio's complete sound system delivered a stable, high-definition sound field. Perfectly adapting to diverse musical genres such as R&B and rock, the system flawlessly fulfilled the sound reinforcement guarantees for this grand finale.

TURANDOT Acoustic System Platform: This platform allows for offline sound field modeling, simulation optimization, and parameter presetting. Acoustic planning was conducted well in advance to address the unique architectural structure of the Bird’s Nest. By precisely controlling directivity and dynamic range, the platform effectively minimized outdoor acoustic interference, meticulously reproducing vocal nuances and emotional subtleties while accommodating the performance demands of all musical genres.

RL15 (RAFALE15) Line Array Loudspeakers: Serving as the core main PA system for this production, these speakers feature dual 15-inch low-frequency drivers and coaxial mid-to-high frequency units, supporting multi-enclosure flown configurations. Deployed symmetrically on both sides of the stage, they precisely controlled acoustic energy dispersion, minimized venue reflections and noise, significantly enhanced vocal clarity, and built a high-fidelity, high-energy main sound field.

RL2 (RAFALE2) Line Array Loudspeakers: Featuring adjustable directivity and exceptional far-field performance, these enclosures were primarily utilized to bridge coverage gaps. They precisely covered acoustic blind spots in the front-row arena while acting as delay towers for the distant stands, correcting sound field discrepancies to achieve a uniform and consistent listening experience venue-wide.

GS218 (CANNON218) Subwoofers: Equipped with custom Italian B&C drivers, these subwoofers deliver deep low-end extension, low distortion, and rapid transient response. Configured in a cardioid directional array, they provided precise coverage for the audience zone while suppressing low-frequency leakage onto the stage, intensifying the live rhythmic atmosphere for an immersive, multi-genre low-frequency output.
RX12 (COBRA12) Fill Speakers: Dedicated to filling coverage gaps in front of the stage, these speakers optimized near-field listening results and supplemented vocal and instrument details, ensuring that front-row sound quality remained fully consistent with the rest of the venue.

M1 (ABRAMS1) Stage Monitors: This system provided clear and accurate monitoring feedback on stage, faithfully restoring vocal and instrumental layers. It successfully prevented listening discrepancies and acoustic feedback (howling), ensuring a stable and confident performance state for the artist and the band.

R Series Power Amplifiers + RA1 Amp Rack System: Utilizing Class-TD amplification technology, this system delivers an optimal balance of high efficiency, energy savings, and pristine audio quality. Paired with professional racks for stable heat dissipation and equipped with intelligent power supplies that adapt to venue voltage fluctuations, the system supports long-duration, high-intensity operation, providing robust and reliable power for the entire show.

Conclusion For this spectacular finale at the Bird’s Nest, Reyn Audio leveraged its intelligent acoustic optimization and full-range product synergy to successfully conquer the challenges of mega-scale outdoor stadium sound reinforcement. Beautifully reproducing the authentic texture of David Tao's classic tracks, Reyn Audio successfully powered the tour’s Mainland leg to a triumphant conclusion.
